Association Registration

National TNVR Mobilization – Field Collection Partners

The Algerian Veterinary Space Foundation (AVSF) invites all registered animal welfare and animal protection associations across Algeria to join the largest national mobilization for TNVR.

Associations will serve as the front-line field teams, responsible for collecting and transporting stray dogs and cats to the nearest participating veterinary clinic for spay/neuter and vaccination.

Your participation is essential to the success of this national public health and animal welfare mission.

Association Responsibilities

By registering, your association agrees to:

• Identify and monitor stray animal hotspots

• Capture dogs and cats humanely and safely

• Transport animals to the nearest registered veterinary clinic

• Coordinate timing with clinics to prevent overcrowding

• Assist with the safe return of animals to their original location

• Submit daily/weekly data reports to AVSF

• Communicate with local communities and support public education

• Follow all official TNVR and humane handling protocols

Who Can Register?

Any association that:

• Has official legal recognition

• Works in animal welfare, rescue, protection, or related activities

• Can mobilize volunteers for field collection

• Commits to humane, safe TNVR operations

• Agrees to AVSF coordination protocols and reporting system
