AVSF in Cairo: 13th Vet Med Congress
From September 28 to 30, 2025, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Mansoura University, Cairo hosted its 13th International Scientific Conference under the theme:
“Advancing Veterinary Medicine Through Artificial Intelligence: Emerging Trends and Future Opportunities.”
The conference brought together leading academics, researchers, veterinary associations, and students from across the Arab world to explore how emerging technologies — particularly Artificial Intelligence — are reshaping the future of veterinary practice, diagnostics, and One Health collaboration.
The Algerian Veterinary Space Foundation (AVSF) was honored to be represented by its President, Dr. Saada Bendenia, who took part in plenary sessions, discussions, and networking activities. His presence highlighted AVSF’s continued role as a regional leader in promoting veterinary science, innovation, and cross-border collaboration.
On the sidelines of the event, Dr. Saada also participated in the meeting of the General Union of Arab Veterinarians, of which AVSF has been a member since 2018. This engagement reflects AVSF’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with professional veterinary bodies across the Arab region.
As AVSF prepares for its 18th Algerian Veterinary Congress in Oran, Dr. Saada Bendenia continues to provide leadership and guidance to the organizing team. The insights gained at Mansoura University will enrich the Congress program, ensuring that Algeria remains engaged in the regional and international veterinary dialogue.
AVSF looks forward to strengthening its role as a bridge between veterinary professionals in Algeria, the Arab region, and the wider global community.
